An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Velloso in the 34th minute of play forced La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper Jaen Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to La Mandarina Mecánica getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Serafin Abascal hit a great ball. La Mandarina Mecánica were furious when Tome Abaunza was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of F.C. Carmo De Kiev booed when La Mandarina Mecánica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tome Abaunza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper Jaen Abadia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thiago Junior. If Fernando Arismendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baltazar Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Lacerda in the 45th minute of the match. Donato Abella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baltazar Velasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Abella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Baltazar Velasco got control of the ball when Jonatan Lacerda tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Davi Rosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Carmo De Kiev fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Jakes Abellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Mandarina Mecánica's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakes Abellaneda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltazar Velasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltazar Velasco was a little too slow when Jonatan Lacerda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-5. In the 63rd minute Carlos Alberto da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaen Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belmiro Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltazar Velasco made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Jonatan Lacerda sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Donato Abella kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baltazar Velasco. That made the score 4-8 in the 93 minute of play. La Mandarina Mecánica's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
