Benji Price was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 12 played minutes La Mandarina Mecánica got a freekick which was hit by Donato Abella. Jaen Abadia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Acuña in the 14th minute. Jaen Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Berdoi in the 16th minute of play. Benji Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Lacerda, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of La Mandarina Mecánica booed when Newpi Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Acuña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Abella in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benji Price prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Bento. Jaen Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Acuña in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Juninho Pernambucano took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jaen Abadia to make any attempt to save it. In the 34th minute, Newpi Academy's Juninho Pernambucano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 37 minutes into the match, La Mandarina Mecánica's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Pernambucano came free, but Jaen Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to La Mandarina Mecánica getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Tome Abaunza hit a great ball. When Andres Pacifico came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Newpi Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Pacifico couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Abella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Pastor Bento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Mandarina Mecánica's Jakes Abellaneda couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Newpi Academy. In the 53rd match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Pacifico to maneuver through the defense. Jaen Abadia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benji Price was a little too slow when Donato Abella got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-2. Sixto Richie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jaen Abadia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benji Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Soter Abarca in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Newpi Academy booed when La Mandarina Mecánica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Lacerda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benji Price made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Abella in the 80th minute. Newpi Academy's Benji Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Abella in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Donato Abella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Newpi Academy booed when La Mandarina Mecánica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sasoin Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Sixto Richie made a precise shot to the right of Jaen Abadia. La Mandarina Mecánica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2.
