Mikael Sjöberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 13 played minutes No Gravity FC got a freekick which was hit by Sverker Lilja. No Gravity FC's Mikael Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole Michalowicz in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, No Gravity FC's Mikael Sjöberg got control of the ball when Daniel Trattnig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jens-Erik Kjellman's late challenge caught a FV Wienerwald's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens-Erik Kjellman helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes No Gravity FC got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Erik Kjellman. Jo Jani was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FV Wienerwald! In the 20th minute, Bengt-Arne Ek made a precise shot to the right of Klaus-Dieter Beimel. FV Wienerwald's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Daniel Trattnig sped through No Gravity FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mikael Sjöberg. When Bengt-Arne Ek came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the No Gravity FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Arne Ek couldn't finish the play. The supporters of FV Wienerwald booed when No Gravity FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Öberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. FV Wienerwald's Klaus-Dieter Beimel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvig Skark in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FV Wienerwald's Patrik Kölblinger got a free kick in the 39th minute. Klaus-Dieter Beimel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Skark, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The supporters of FV Wienerwald booed when No Gravity FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sverker Lilja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ole Michalowicz was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FV Wienerwald's Bastian Buchwalder got a free kick in the 54th minute. Mikael Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Eberl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 59 minutes, Robin-Pascal Rohrschneider managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FV Wienerwald's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin-Pascal Rohrschneider was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikael Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ole Michalowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. No Gravity FC's Mikael Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole Michalowicz in the 63rd minute of play. Hicham Savage hit a great ball. Mikael Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Trattnig in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Daniel Trattnig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Sjöberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FV Wienerwald's Nickolas Kaiser was substituted for Ole Michalowicz. FV Wienerwald's Björn Bassen was substituted for Felix Eberl. Klaus-Dieter Beimel made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ludvig Skark sent off a good shot on target.
