Valdemar Anselius was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Svyatoslav Cherkashov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Svyatoslav Cherkashov really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Efim Rakhimov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Valdemar Anselius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fulham Broadway FC! Efim Rakhimov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valdemar Anselius firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eduard Lutsevich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Ahlqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar Anselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Miheev, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Kurt Wallengren might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduard Lutsevich. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kurt Wallengren ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona Lassa's goal looked a bit too open when Hjalmar Ahlqvist came free, but Eduard Lutsevich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdemar Anselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergey Baturin in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sergey Baturin to strike the kick off in the second half. Kurt Wallengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduard Lutsevich having to interfere. Fulham Broadway FC's Valdemar Anselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergey Baturin in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efim Rakhimov in the 59th minute of play forced Fulham Broadway FC's goalkeeper Valdemar Anselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Ek charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Ek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Barcelona Lassa's Sergey Baturin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fulham Broadway FC. In the 88thth minute of the game Sergey Baturin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fulham Broadway FC's Valdemar Anselius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Fulham Broadway FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergey Baturin came free, but Valdemar Anselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Fulham Broadway FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Barcelona Lassa:s goal. Valdemar Anselius had in the 93rdth minute some difficulties stopping Sergey Baturin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Sergey Baturin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdemar Anselius. Fulham Broadway FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergey Baturin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Valdemar Anselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svyatoslav Cherkashov in the 98th minute of the match. FC Barcelona Lassa walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
