The Copetonas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dario Opilano should have stopped the shot. Isidoro Aguilera hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Isidoro Aguilera charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Aguilera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidoro Aguilera kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Copetonas AFC booed when Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Hesles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venceslao Mayllar was a little too slow when Honorato Tauro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-1. Venceslao Mayllar made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Honorato Tauro sent off a good shot on target. Honorato Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the game, Copetonas AFC's Honorato Tauro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Venceslao Mayllar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Copetonas AFC's Luis Gamus got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Venceslao Mayllar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Tauro in the 36th minute of play. Venceslao Mayllar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Tauro in the 38th minute of the match. Honorato Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Gamus struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Venceslao Mayllar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copetonas AFC. German Hesles hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Venceslao Mayllar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Tauro in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorato Tauro made a kick off. Isidoro Aguilera got his second yellow card in the match during the 51st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Copetonas AFC's Dario Opilano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Copetonas AFC from getting a goal against them. Honorato Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venceslao Mayllar having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Gamus came free, but Venceslao Mayllar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Copetonas AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Marcelino Roland hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorato Tauro during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 played minutes Copetonas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Tauro. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Celipe Segurola shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dario Opilano but with some difficulty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inguma Madama in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Opilano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, one of Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan. The referee gave Copetonas AFC a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lisandro Ponce, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Venceslao Mayllar. 3-1. In the 80th match minute, Copetonas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Sedeni to maneuver through the defense. Inguma Madama was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan booed when Copetonas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Roland didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Romo Aenlle in the 84th minute really tested Dario Opilano's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Luis Gamus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copetonas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Gamus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dario Opilano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inguma Madama, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Inguma Madama's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Dario Opilano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
