None of the them looked very eager to play. 李 世民 started the match with the kick off. Nicky Askew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 李 世民 in the 5th minute of the match. FC ARK CS's Nicky Askew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 李 世民 in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Tris Marriot notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's 沈岩帆. 沈岩帆 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 沈岩帆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken McGurk in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Ken McGurk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 沈岩帆 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC ARK CS's attentive Nicholas Searle managed to snatch the ball when 俞义翀 made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, 李 世民 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicky Askew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 李 世民, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ken McGurk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. 沈岩帆 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nicholas Searle fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ARK CS's protests and gave Nicholas Searle a yellow card for diving instead. Nicholas Searle kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC ARK CS! In the 45th minute there was a penalty for 斯坦福桥麋鹿队. 陈飞翀 stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicky Askew. 2-1.

After having played for 53 minutes, Tris Marriot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ARK CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tris Marriot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If 李 世民 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by 林杰宁 in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC ARK CS's Philip Caine. FC ARK CS's Nicholas Searle got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Nicholas Searle off the ground. In the 68th minute, Nicholas Searle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC ARK CS booed when 斯坦福桥麋鹿队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. 唐林烨 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes 斯坦福桥麋鹿队 got a freekick which was hit by 李 世民. Philip Caine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. 沈岩帆 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ken McGurk managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ARK CS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken McGurk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 沈岩帆 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, FC ARK CS's goal looked a bit too open when 李 世民 came free, but Nicky Askew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 沈岩帆 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Caine in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tris Marriot during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tris Marriot kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 李 世民 in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicky Askew prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 斯坦福桥麋鹿队 fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC ARK CS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
