In the 18th match minute, Mäusekicker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Schörnig to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stratos Alexatos in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giuseppe Bebstein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliver Schörnig struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Alkis Kalaboukas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mäusekicker. If Renke Noweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manos Konstantakos scored 1-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giuseppe Bebstein, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renke Noweck to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Stratos Alexatos managed to get in a good position for a shot. GREEK ARMY's supporters rose to their feet, but Stratos Alexatos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giuseppe Bebstein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stratos Alexatos in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giuseppe Bebstein saved Mäusekicker from getting behind. Emanuel Cisek kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 71 minutes, Thodoris Borbokis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GREEK ARMY and the Mäusekicker players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mäusekicker booed when GREEK ARMY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thodoris Borbokis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mäusekicker's Oliver Schörnig got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Mäusekicker getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Renke Noweck hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Manos Konstantakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in GREEK ARMY's zone, Oliver Schörnig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkis Kalaboukas came out of the goal and Oliver Schörnig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Mäusekicker's Oliver Schörnig got a free kick in the 96th minute. GREEK ARMY's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
