When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ali Nabi İlkutay sped through Adevarul Pur's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gavril Hurmuz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Nabi İlkutay in the 24th minute of play forced Adevarul Pur's goalkeeper Gavril Hurmuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Bayram Lütufkâr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radu Mihăilă got free with Batı Ufuk in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radu Mihăilă to strike the kick off in the second half. Adevarul Pur's Gavril Hurmuz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nabi İlkutay in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Adevarul Pur defense, Ali Nabi İlkutay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavril Hurmuz. The Adevarul Pur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavril Hurmuz should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd match minute, DEMİREL.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hikmet Türkoğlu to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes, Adevarul Pur's Horia Borogeanu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Batı Ufuk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Adevarul Pur reached it. After 76 minutes of play, DEMİREL.FC's Sümer Atlıoğlu made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavril Hurmuz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Batı Ufuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Borogeanu in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sümer Atlıoğlu in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavril Hurmuz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavril Hurmuz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Nabi İlkutay in the 85th minute of play.
