After a rather tough play, H E P T A N FC's Saip Ferikoğlu got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Ariel Estefan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hazar Dadaloğlu, 2-1. If Patricio Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tolga Serir charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tolga Serir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Curumalán AFC booed when H E P T A N FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolga Serir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Cordarrell in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hazar Dadaloğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Hazar Dadaloğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Curumalán AFC's Eduardo Cordarrell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hazar Dadaloğlu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eduardo Cordarrell showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 38 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duško Tadic was the one to do the kick off. Curumalán AFC's Amado Ishmael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duško Tadic in the 58th minute of play. Amado Ishmael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duško Tadic, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. One of H E P T A N FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curumalán AFC:s goal. The referee gave Curumalán AFC a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nicolás Domingo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of H E P T A N FC's Hazar Dadaloğlu. 4-1. Beyhan Yetkiner took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amado Ishmael. Amado Ishmael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Curumalán AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
