In the 3rd match minute, Curumalán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Serafo to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Menendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Dionisio Figueres made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, Real Armal F.C.'s goalkeeper Dionisio Figueres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernán Losada. The supporters of Curumalán AFC booed when Real Armal F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serapio Baños didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Cristian Quinto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Dionisio Menendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Real Armal F.C.'s goalkeeper Dionisio Figueres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernán Losada. In the 20th minute of the match Máximo Maestro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amado Ishmael showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Cordairo Garay fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Armal F.C.'s protests and gave Cordairo Garay a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Real Armal F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cordairo Garay. After 27 minutes Real Armal F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hernán Losada who took care of the corner kick. 28 minutes into the match, Real Armal F.C.'s goalkeeper Dionisio Figueres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dionisio Menendo. In the 29th minute, Adán Palacios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hernán Losada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the game, Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Figueres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Dionisio Figueres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernán Losada in the 39th minute of play. When Curumalán AFC's Patricio Alfonso in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Armal F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Dionisio Figueres came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada. But to his dismay, Hernán Losada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Curumalán AFC's Victoriano Illart was substituted for Cristian Quinto. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernán Losada made a kick off. A collision led to Curumalán AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dionisio Menendo hit a great ball. Dionisio Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Losada in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Real Armal F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serapio Baños to maneuver through the defense. After 60 played minutes, Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dionisio Figueres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Curumalán AFC reached it. In the 62nd minute Victoriano Illart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cordairo Garay hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Patricio Alfonso scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Figueres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Real Armal F.C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Serapio Baños hit a great ball. In the 75th match minute, Real Armal F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordairo Garay to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the game, Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Figueres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Dionisio Menendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Figueres having to interfere. Osmundo Dulce charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osmundo Dulce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Osmundo Dulce hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Dionisio Figueres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Alfonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Hernán Losada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Hernán Losada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Dionisio Figueres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real Armal F.C.'s Dionisio Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Losada in the 95th minute of play. Dionisio Figueres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernán Losada, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Curumalán AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
