When Deportivo Diamante U18's Leonardo Baraquiel in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yaji FC's goalie prevented a goal. Melchor Estefan's late challenge caught a Deportivo Diamante U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Estefan helped the player get up and apologised. Melchor Estefan kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Gavino Bras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Timo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavino Bras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Iker Paul came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Deportivo Diamante U18 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Paul couldn't finish the play. After 20 minutes of play, Deportivo Diamante U18's Eriberto Jaunti made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Bras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yaji FC's Gavino Bras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Timo in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Tobias Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yaji FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Quirze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Diamante U18's Mario Chorche got a free kick in the 31st minute. Donato Macerio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Lalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Donato Macerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Polentzi in the 35th minute of play. Gavino Bras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Timo in the 37th minute of the match. Gavino Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Timo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute, Iker Paul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gavino Bras was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Natalio Polentzi made the kick off in the second half. Iker Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute Prospero Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Macerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yaji FC's Gavino Bras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Yaji FC from getting a goal against them. Donato Macerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Polentzi in the 61st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Timo got free with Gavino Bras in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Lázaro Timo could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Gavino Bras however easily saved by the left post. 71 minutes into the game, Tobias Quirze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yaji FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Diamante U18 the free kick. A collision led to Yaji FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Tobias Quirze hit a great ball. Gavino Bras came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Diamante U18's Lázaro Timo. But to his dismay, Lázaro Timo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iker Paul got free with Gavino Bras in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Yaji FC booed when Deportivo Diamante U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Bras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Timo in the 97th minute of the match.
