Uno Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Babbis Zervoudakis in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ booed when Balders Hage IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Nordlander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Balders Hage IF's Ulrik Johansson got a free kick in the 12th minute. When ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Babbis Zervoudakis in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Balders Hage IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evripidis Zisimopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jerry Billock hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Dimosthenis Tsogas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uno Andreasson. Balders Hage IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Uno Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolis Papalexiou in the 25th minute of the match. Uno Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimosthenis Antonopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Evripidis Zisimopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balders Hage IF's Uno Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babbis Zervoudakis in the 29th minute of play. When ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Babbis Zervoudakis in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Uno Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Evripidis Zisimopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uno Andreasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Evripidis Zisimopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uno Andreasson having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Ove Jansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Evripidis Zisimopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's protests and gave Evripidis Zisimopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Evripidis Zisimopoulos got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Babbis Zervoudakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Uno Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59thth minute of the game Evripidis Zisimopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balders Hage IF's Uno Andreasson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Dimosthenis Antonopoulos got a free kick in the 61st minute. Karl-Ove Jansson kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Babbis Zervoudakis came free and shot a quick shot against goal 69 minutes in the game, fortunately Uno Andreasson had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 72nd minute, Karl-Ove Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulrik Johansson kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Balders Hage IF getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alvin Forsell hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Manolis Papalexiou sped through Balders Hage IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uno Andreasson. The attack was good, but when Manolis Papalexiou in the 92nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 95th minute, Dimosthenis Tsogas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
