Telis Bezas helped the player get up and apologised. Telis Bezas kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The long shot by Florentino Isadore in the 19th minute really tested Vassilis Parianos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Silvano Berart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sotiris Tosodoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Telis Bezas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Berart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragons AFC's Silvano Berart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Lianos in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Glyka Nera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Romildo came free, but Vassilis Parianos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Romildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vassilis Parianos having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Leon Hotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Leon Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dragons AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Hotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 48thth minute of the game Nikos Lianos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragons AFC's Silvano Berart was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Romildo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dragons AFC's Gaston Neron pulled a muscle in his back after 57 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 57 minutes, Viktoras Gavriilidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glyka Nera FC and the Dragons AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dragons AFC made a substitution. Esteban Indar replaced Gaston Neron. Telis Bezas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvano Berart having to make a save. Telis Bezas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Silvano Berart made a huge save. The supporters of Glyka Nera FC booed when Dragons AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Nalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvano Berart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Lianos, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Silvano Berart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Lianos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Romildo took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vassilis Parianos.
