When Rafal Sobania fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czarne Mamby's protests and gave Rafal Sobania a yellow card for diving instead. Rafal Sobania hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Arkadiusz Golota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Banegas in the 9th minute of play. Teofil Jenkot came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leonardo Gonzalez could save by the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Czarne Mamby fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Jerzy Lampe hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Czarne Mamby's Arkadiusz Golota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Kelemen in the 32nd minute of play. Jan Rostow kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Czarne Mamby's zone, Leandro Guillelme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkadiusz Golota came out of the goal and Leandro Guillelme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Banegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Golota having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Felix Berdaitz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Czarne Mamby's Arkadiusz Golota. Arkadiusz Golota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Javier Hernando hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Vamo A Calmarno's Leonardo Gonzalez got control of the ball when Teofil Jenkot tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Vamo A Calmarno were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Banegas to make the kick off. Jerzy Lampe kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Leandro Guillelme, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Faustino Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Golota having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vamo A Calmarno's zone, Oliver Kahn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Gonzalez came out of the goal and Oliver Kahn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
