After a rather tough play, Les Tigres's Feliciano Tuste got a free kick in the 12th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Iratze notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cura del Futbol's Conrado Eron. Conrado Eron was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abel Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 30 minutes into the game, Emiliano Jakue was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cura del Futbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les Tigres the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Jakue to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Tuste took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conrado Eron. Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Angelo Lluc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Peter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Les Tigres booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Aztore didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Laurendi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Les Tigres's Abel Laurendi got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Lluc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Tano during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, Guillermo Tano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Lluc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantino Peter went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 72 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Jakue. In the 82nd minute, Rigoberto Iratze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Laurendi in the 85th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Conrado Eron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
