After 16 minutes, Åke Jansson made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. International Thunders's Mario Grebe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Åke Jansson in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Grebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Åke Jansson in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Grebe saved International Thunders from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Åke Jansson got free with Mario Grebe in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind International Thunders's goalkeeper Mario Grebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mario Grebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Åström in the 30th minute of play. If Åke Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. International Thunders's Mario Grebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Åström in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind International Thunders's goalkeeper Mario Grebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. International Thunders's Mario Grebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save International Thunders from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Wallander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bertil Åström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes International Thunders got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Bartl. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bertil Åström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Zero Hedge getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rickard Viberg hit a great ball. In the last second Wiktor Wallander throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer in the 56thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Rickard Viberg kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Mario Grebe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Åke Jansson's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Mario Grebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes, Lars Hauff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the International Thunders and the Zero Hedge players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lars Hauff hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Zero Hedge made a substitution. Melker Törnblom replaced Rickard Viberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Åström in the 64th minute of play forced International Thunders's goalkeeper Mario Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åke Jansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Grebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Jansson in the 69th minute of play forced International Thunders's goalkeeper Mario Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Åke Jansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Grebe. International Thunders's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Åke Jansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 77 minutes, Bertil Åström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zero Hedge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Åström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Åke Jansson charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Jansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Åke Jansson kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Åke Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zero Hedge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åke Jansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Dennis Bartl in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zero Hedge's Dani Python. In the 96th minute Åke Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Grebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
