Hortêncio de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Gert Lindell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gernando Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Michel Dalberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Frederico Smith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Clube do Remo MZ's Edinho Vasconcelos in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FC Mackan United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 30th minute Edinho Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicklas Hult saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes, Robin Tillman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Mackan United and the Clube do Remo MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes FC Mackan United got a freekick which was hit by Robin Tillman. Elliot Fristedt kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Walmyr Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Clube do Remo MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walmyr Dionísio couldn't finish the play. Toninho de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nicklas Hult tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Mackan United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube do Remo MZ were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edinho Vasconcelos was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Edinho Vasconcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube do Remo MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edinho Vasconcelos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicklas Hult took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edinho Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Mackan United's Nicklas Hult got control of the ball when Toninho de Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aaron Dahlgren kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Dahlgren in the 66th minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Frederico Smith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 71st minute, but Nicklas Hult got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving FC Mackan United hanging dry this time. 84 minutes into the match, FC Mackan United's goal looked a bit too open when Edinho Vasconcelos came free, but Nicklas Hult reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicklas Hult stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edinho Vasconcelos's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Nicklas Hult took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edinho Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Nicklas Hult successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 92 minutes of play FC Mackan United's Robin Tillman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, FC Mackan United's Robin Tillman got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Clube do Remo MZ made a substitution. Ricardinho Simão replaced Elivélton Valladares. Robin Tillman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Walmyr Dionísio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicklas Hult. FC Mackan United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Clube do Remo MZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
