The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Prado during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alberto Prado hit a great ball. If Alfredo Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute of the match Anthon Utter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Luís Fernandez skillfully saved the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's goalkeeper John Bergström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano de Queiroz. In the 31st match minute, Lite Finare Lite Bättre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutger Lundin to maneuver through the defense. John Bergström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neil Mar in the 35th minute of the match. Pedro Luís Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Hökkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Marzagão's Serafim Reis was substituted for Alfredinho Quintal. Marzagão's Remo Borges was substituted for Válbson Fernandes. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ove Hökkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Sven-Åke Askberg didn't quite understand what happened when in the 56 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Sven-Åke Askberg charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Åke Askberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven-Åke Askberg hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Emil Bergren came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Lite Finare Lite Bättre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Bergren couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Sven-Åke Askberg sent off a good shot on target. Otto Kollin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Fernandez having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Hökkvist came free, but Pedro Luís Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remo Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Sven-Åke Askberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Fernandez made a huge save.
