Diguinho Romero was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Atilio Morera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando da Mata having to interfere. After 29 played minutes MDS Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by William Cosme. 33 minutes into the game, Frédson Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MDS Soccer Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Mora CAT the free kick. Frédson Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Dimas Camara's late challenge caught a MDS Soccer Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Frédson Salgado made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes MDS Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Salgado. Breixo Torrent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frédson Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Atilio Morera made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fernando da Mata. MDS Soccer Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Dimas Camara kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, William Cosme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
