Adrian Quinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Fe Lizaur made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in DESTROY's zone, Jairo Patiño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Enaut came out of the goal and Jairo Patiño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Enaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piorno Bazarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fe Lizaur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albano Quintyn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. Penuel Football Club's Fe Lizaur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Penuel Football Club from getting a goal against them. After 46 minutes of play, DESTROY's Albano Quintyn made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fe Lizaur was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Eneko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 89th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Liher to maneuver through the defense. Matías Almeyda's shot from long distance in the 90th minute was not bad at all, but DESTROY's Vicente Enaut knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 93 minutes into the game, Luisito Ibar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Fe Lizaur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DESTROY had won after a very even match.
