When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Aírton Capixaba sped through Napoleón 2018's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Urbano Faro. In the 14th minute, Matias Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Luiz das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Faro having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Napoleón 2018 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Oidor to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aírton Capixaba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmílson Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Adrian Rosalio hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Rosalio came free, but Paulo José Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Paulo José Campidelis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cayetano Mambru. After 39 minutes, Daniel Oidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Napoleón 2018 and the Litoral EC - CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Napoleón 2018 got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Oidor. Elias Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Urbano Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Elias Paulista notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Napoleón 2018's Urbano Faro. Urbano Faro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When Inácio Lara fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Litoral EC - CIMZ's protests and gave Inácio Lara a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Litoral EC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Lara.
