Guaberto Polentzi's late challenge caught a Olimpia HSB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guaberto Polentzi helped the player get up and apologised. Guaberto Polentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Wozniak got free with Mauro Beccari in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th match minute, Olimpia HSB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Kasprzak to maneuver through the defense. 1947 FC's Mauro Beccari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save 1947 FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoyo Beccari in the 11th minute of play forced Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Borys Mentus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Beccari had great luck who in the 16thth minute grab hold of the ball when Damian Grucza from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 17 minutes into the game, Damián Akerman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1947 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olimpia HSB the free kick. Damián Akerman kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to Olimpia HSB getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mieszko Mocko hit a great ball. Olimpia HSB's Borys Mentus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoyo Beccari in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Yoyo Beccari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Mentus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1947 FC's Damián Akerman got his second yellow card of the match in the 22nd minute. The referee ordered Damián Akerman off the ground. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Grucza in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Beccari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mauro Beccari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Grucza, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Yoyo Beccari managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1947 FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoyo Beccari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Mentus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 33 played minutes Olimpia HSB got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Kasprzak. Arkadiusz Czajkowskis short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Mauro Beccari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 36 minutes into the game, 1947 FC's Yoyo Beccari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Borys Mentus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arkadiusz Czajkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yoyo Beccari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half 1947 FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ksawery Wozniak was the one to do the kick off. After 50 minutes of play 1947 FC's Guaberto Polentzi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 51st minute, Guaberto Polentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Olimpia HSB booed when 1947 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Pabla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Beccari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkadiusz Czajkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Yoyo Beccari struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Borys Mentus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1947 FC. Mauro Beccari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Wozniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpia HSB's Marek Sitko was substituted for Mieszko Mocko. After 70 minutes 1947 FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arkadiusz Czajkowski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Olimpia HSB's Marek Sitko getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 74th minute, Yoyo Beccari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauro Beccari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Wozniak in the 76th minute of the match. Yoyo Beccari kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Mauro Beccari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Wozniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yoyo Beccari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Olimpia HSB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching 1947 FC's performance. The match ended with a win for 1947 FC.
