Savage Hippo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rashad Werner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edgaras Oginskis might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Archie McCracken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgaras Oginskis ran back to his position shaking his head. Rashad Werner kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Einaras Bagdžiūnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Palacios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rashad Werner in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Einaras Bagdžiūnas saved Savage Hippo from getting behind. 16 minutes into the game, Larry Doran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Einaras Bagdžiūnas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Savage Hippo booed when Dep. Moron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Palacios didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Edgaras Oginskis came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Savage Hippo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgaras Oginskis couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Rashad Werner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep. Moron's supporters rose to their feet, but Rashad Werner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Einaras Bagdžiūnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, Rashad Werner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dep. Moron fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. A collision led to Dep. Moron getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Casey Redmond hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Larry Doran in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Einaras Bagdžiūnas saved Savage Hippo from getting behind. Savage Hippo's Edgaras Oginskis got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 42 minutes, Lucas Palacios made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Savage Hippo's Einaras Bagdžiūnas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Savage Hippo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dep. Moron were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgaras Oginskis to strike the kick off in the second half. Savage Hippo's Einaras Bagdžiūnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rashad Werner in the 55th minute of play. Einaras Bagdžiūnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Palacios in the 57th minute of play. Dep. Moron's Gordon Ayala suffered a concussion in the 61st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgaras Oginskis during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dep. Moron made a substitution. Terrell Simons replaced Gordon Ayala. In the 69th minute, Rashad Werner made a precise shot to the right of Einaras Bagdžiūnas. Savage Hippo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Rashad Werner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einaras Bagdžiūnas having to interfere. Dovydas Raudys hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Casey Redmond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einaras Bagdžiūnas having to interfere. If Leonas Buožius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rashad Werner fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dep. Moron's protests and gave Rashad Werner a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute Rashad Werner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einaras Bagdžiūnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
