Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arí Motta to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Danny Gilespie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rangers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Danny Gilespie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stevie McGilvray charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Arí Motta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Fergus Fairbairn 78 minutes into the match. Sandro Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The Rangers FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AF CERRADO's performance. The match ended with a win for AF CERRADO.
