Claudio Allegretti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Cesinha Leal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Claudio Allegretti. Claudio Allegretti yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Wilson Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Galliani in the 24th minute of play. Alessandro Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Allegretti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Valadares in the 33rd minute. Fabrizio Gelsomini took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Terra. Wilson Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 43rd minute Dave Luongo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Martini was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. Felipe Martini kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Diego Pittelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Terra was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessandro Valadares was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Dave Luongo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Terra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 54 minutes, Humberto Pombal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beto Martini MZ 20 years and the Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Humberto Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Galliani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilson Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Luongo in the 56th minute of play. Wilson Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Giannantonio, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a rather tough play, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Cesinha Leal got a free kick in the 60th minute. Wilson Terra made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Fausto Galliani sent off a good shot on target. After 65 minutes, Pedro Paulo Eger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beto Martini MZ 20 years and the Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Beto Martini MZ 20 years got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Eger. Wilson Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Giannantonio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Wilson Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Gelsomini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Yuri Gonçalves got a free kick in the 79th minute. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Diego Pittelli got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Achille Giannantonio scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Terra, making the score, 1-5. Wilson Terra made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Achille Giannantonio sent off a good shot on target. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC played a much better game than Beto Martini MZ 20 years and deserved their victory. The Beto Martini MZ 20 years players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
