When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Claude Massey took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Claudio Allegretti to make any attempt to save it. Claudio Allegretti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Caniglia in the 10th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Claudio Allegretti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jud Spieler. When Hemmersbacher SV's Claude Massey in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes into the game, Arrigo Orsi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hemmersbacher SV the free kick. Arrigo Tarquini hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Claude Masseys short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Claudio Allegretti to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fausto Galliani struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Maurice Buttliger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dave Luongo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Tarquini. Claudio Allegretti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Caniglia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Allegretti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulf Caniglia's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 66th minute, Theo Kreienbühl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Allegretti was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Theo Kreienbühl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fausto Galliani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Luongo came free, but Maurice Buttliger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Claudio Allegretti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claude Massey in the 87th minute of play. Claudio Allegretti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jud Spieler, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 94th minute, Arrigo Tarquini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Hemmersbacher SV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
