The audience was convinced that Rene Restu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kennet Kvick was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Rene Restu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramiro Quin scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kennet Kvick, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Lehoi in the 13th minute of play forced IFK Bajenby's goalkeeper Kennet Kvick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Restu in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kennet Kvick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute Eusebio Lehoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennet Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Balvanera's Rene Restu got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rasmus Bäckström got free with Abel Neron in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, IFK Bajenby's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Aritza came free, but Kennet Kvick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebio Lehoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Jose Aritza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Restu in the 53rd minute of play forced IFK Bajenby's goalkeeper Kennet Kvick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 played minutes IFK Bajenby got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Bäckström. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Restu in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kennet Kvick saved IFK Bajenby from getting behind. In the 56th minute, Octavio Pes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Neron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Bäckström, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Abel Neron came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Bajenby's Rasmus Bäckström. But to his dismay, Rasmus Bäckström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Deportivo Balvanera's Florencio Paz was substituted for Lorenzo Berto. Deportivo Balvanera made a substitution. Bonifacio Petrigai replaced Octavio Pes. 65 minutes into the match, IFK Bajenby's Bror Paulin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Neron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th minute Rasmus Bäckström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Neron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, IFK Bajenby's Yngve Nordal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Yngve Nordal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of IFK Bajenby protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yngve Nordal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. IFK Bajenby's Kennet Kvick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Bajenby from getting a goal against them. A collision led to IFK Bajenby getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rasmus Bäckström hit a great ball. Placido Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kennet Kvick having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Jose Aritza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
