In the 3rd minute, Fausto Bermudez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walter Bergström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 7th minute Mariano Orland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Sven-Oskar Hammarström hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Walter Bergström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Orland in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Gustaf Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Teofilo Virila recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Walter Bergström. Teofilo Virila showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 37th minute Mariano Orland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Orland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Walter Bergström made a huge save. After 39 minutes, Lars-Erik Albohm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glemmingebro IF and the Tigres Ñacuñán FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Glemmingebro IF getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lars-Erik Albohm hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Henning Flink in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Moises Cresencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Oskar Hammarström went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tommy Lind made a kick off. Walter Bergström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Orland went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Moises Cresencio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mariano Orland might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walter Bergström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Orland ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute, Sven-Oskar Hammarström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moises Cresencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Lind in the 71st minute of play. Walter Bergström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Orland in the 74th minute of the match. Moises Cresencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Lind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Glemmingebro IF defense, Mariano Orland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walter Bergström. The Glemmingebro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walter Bergström should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Henning Flink could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Moises Cresencio however easily saved by the left post. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
