Edwardo Hardiman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th minute Stan Cobb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwardo Hardiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murphy Lascelles kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Edwardo Hardiman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mohammed Lloyd went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Abe Hoyt hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 19thth minute of the game Abe Hoyt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abbotsford FC's Edwardo Hardiman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Mohammed Lloyd notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Abbotsford FC's Edwardo Hardiman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abe Hoyt in the 28th minute of play forced Abbotsford FC's goalkeeper Edwardo Hardiman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Miami Futbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Burtt Kernick scored to the left of an out of position Dillon McDonough, making the score, 1-4. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Dillon McDonough played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jason Shipman in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Abbotsford FC's Ollie Meyers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dillon McDonough made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4.

Racing Miami Futbol Club's Reinaldo Baxter was substituted for Stan Cobb. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohammed Lloyd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Jermaine Velasquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Miami Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abbotsford FC the free kick. A collision led to Racing Miami Futbol Club getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jermaine Velasquez hit a great ball. Dillon McDonough made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reese Lambourne in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Mohammed Lloyd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edwardo Hardiman. Edwardo Hardiman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. After 62 minutes, Mohammed Lloyd made it 2-6 with a short kick to the right side. Abbotsford FC's Edwardo Hardiman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edwardo Hardiman made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Mohammed Lloyd sent off a good shot on target. When Racing Miami Futbol Club's Mohammed Lloyd in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Abe Hoyt kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Ollie Meyers kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of Racing Miami Futbol Club booed when Abbotsford FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Shipman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jermaine Velasquez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. In the 84th minute, Jermaine Velasquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dillon McDonough didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jason Shipman went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-6 was the resulting score. Dillon McDonough took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ollie Meyers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Racing Miami Futbol Club's Mohammed Lloyd in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abbotsford FC's goalie prevented a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Racing Miami Futbol Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
