András Gera charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed András Gera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. András Gera kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Felipe Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes Sporting Club Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Roque Gomez. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Albano Aurken got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 16th minute, Roque Gomez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Máté Kántor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Gomez in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Olivér Dömötör left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Budapest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 30 minutes into the match, Roque Gomez notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Budapest's Máté Kántor. Máté Kántor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Máté Kántor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Aurken went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 47 minutes of play, FC Budapest's Olivér Dömötör made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodosio Ixaka was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bálint Bakos was the one to do the kick off. Dante Mero hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Sporting Club Victoria's Teodosio Ixaka got control of the ball when Bálint Bakos tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club Victoria's Dante Mero got a free kick in the 57th minute. Zoltán Selymes charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zoltán Selymes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Bálint Bakos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sporting Club Victoria's Teodosio Ixaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivér Dömötör in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Budapest defense, Albano Aurken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Máté Kántor. The FC Budapest fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máté Kántor should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club Victoria's Roque Gomez got a free kick in the 77th minute. Felipe Galindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Máté Kántor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Aurken, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club Victoria's Dante Mero got a free kick in the 89th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Olivér Dömötör kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodosio Ixaka. That made the score 4-3 in the 97 minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Budapest players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sporting Club Victoria.
