A collision led to Rua da Pinga getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Joaquim Carvalhais hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute, Homero Cerqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Linhares was a little too slow when Diguinho Lucas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Humberto Magalhães scored 2-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Linhares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henrique Linhares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltazar Paraibano in the 13th minute. The supporters of Rua da Pinga booed when UPTEXTIL.COM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Henrique Linhares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltazar Paraibano. Carlos Eduardo de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Ornelas in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Humberto Magalhães ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Linhares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Bruno Coutinho hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Henrique Linhares came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by UPTEXTIL.COM's Baltazar Paraibano. But to his dismay, Baltazar Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 34 minutes into the game, one of Rua da Pinga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A collision led to UPTEXTIL.COM getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Claudinei Botelho hit a great ball. Higino Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Ornelas to make the kick off. A collision led to UPTEXTIL.COM getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jardel Souza hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, UPTEXTIL.COM's goal looked a bit too open when João Balsemão came free, but Carlos Eduardo de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Jeremias Pinheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Linhares was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Jeremias Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 66 played minutes Rua da Pinga got a freekick which was hit by Higino Castro. After 70 played minutes, Rua da Pinga's Adérito Vilaça shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo de Carvalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rua da Pinga reached it. 74 minutes into the game, Jeremias Pinheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Henrique Linhares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, Jeremias Pinheiro notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Rua da Pinga's Henrique Linhares. Henrique Linhares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henrique Linhares came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by UPTEXTIL.COM's Humberto Magalhães. But to his dismay, Humberto Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Baltazar Paraibano took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrique Linhares. Henrique Linhares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Henrique Linhares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Pinheiro's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Veríssimo Sobral charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Veríssimo Sobral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Magalhães in the 94th minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Henrique Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
