The referee ignored Berserkers FC Ψ's protests and gave Artemio Bittor a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BEST FABIO F.C. booed when Berserkers FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Bittor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute BEST FABIO F.C. were awarded a corner. Evandro Cunha went to the cornerflag to take it. Arnaldo Cerezo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Hernan Berse succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Laerte Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Hortêncio Custódio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fede Berse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Hernan Berse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Berserkers FC Ψ were furious when Lino Padro was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Berserkers FC Ψ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BEST FABIO F.C.:s goal. Daho Rego made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Berserkers FC Ψ's Hernan Berse. After 38 played minutes BEST FABIO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Cerezo. Simon Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 47th minute, Fede Berse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Fede Berse made the kick off in the second half. Berserkers FC Ψ's Simon Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Berserkers FC Ψ from getting a goal against them. Douglas Velloso took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Arias. Simon Arias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavinho Netto during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 minutes, Ronaldão Salgado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BEST FABIO F.C. and the Berserkers FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fede Berse in the 63rd minute of play forced BEST FABIO F.C.'s goalkeeper Hortêncio Custódio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to BEST FABIO F.C. getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Evandro Cunha hit a great ball. In the 88th minute of the match Artemio Bittor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hortêncio Custódio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fede Berse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vânderson da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded BEST FABIO F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Berserkers FC Ψ.
