After 4 minutes, Juan Pablo Gallinas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT and the FK Mintis Vilnius players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Pablo Gallinas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Motiejus Saudargis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Ikatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gvidonas Jakimavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Frichoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herkus Bagdžiūnas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Luciano Ikatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Motiejus Saudargis in the 24th minute of play. Juan Pablo Gallinas got his second yellow card in the match during the 24th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 25th minute, Juan Pablo Gallinas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giedrius Dulinskas charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But to his dismay, Tomás Marini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Augustas Alzbutas charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augustas Alzbutas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gvidonas Jakimavičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Frichoso in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Marini to strike the kick off in the second half. When Lukas Kulpys came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the FK Mintis Vilnius fans jumped to their feet. After 65 minutes, Tomás Marini made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rigoberto Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Marcelino Panfilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Ikatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Motiejus Saudargis in the 73rd minute of play. Bernardas Gadliauskas scored 1-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luciano Ikatz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FK Mintis Vilnius's Bernardas Gadliauskas got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The FK Mintis Vilnius supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's performance. The match ended with a win for Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT.
