Set Fire's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bebeto Queirós was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17th minute, Bebeto Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Novais's late challenge caught a Planet Caravan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Novais helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Set Fire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Novais to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Wilian Mendonça notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Set Fire's Emílio Camarinha. Emílio Camarinha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romeu Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Rogério Apalanga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 37 played minutes Set Fire got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Gonçalves. Anísio Saraiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Camarinha having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, Planet Caravan's Anísio Saraiva made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emílio Camarinha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Set Fire players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Planet Caravan were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Hudson dos Santos made the kick off in the second half. Hudson dos Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emílio Camarinha having to make a save. After having played for 53 minutes, João Francisco Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Planet Caravan's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Francisco Furtado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Set Fire's zone, Wilian Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emílio Camarinha came out of the goal and Wilian Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emílio Camarinha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hudson dos Santos went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Bebeto Queirós took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Emílio Camarinha to make any attempt to save it. Anísio Saraiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Wilian Mendonça took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Emílio Camarinha to make any attempt to save it. 79 minutes into the game, Planet Caravan's Bebeto Queirós nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emílio Camarinha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. The supporters of Set Fire booed when Planet Caravan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdomiro Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hudson dos Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emílio Camarinha. That made the score 0-9 in the 87 minute of play. The supporters of Planet Caravan booed when Set Fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magno Malafaia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Set Fire's Emílio Camarinha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto Queirós in the 93rd minute of play. Hudson dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Camarinha having to interfere. When Planet Caravan's Bebeto Queirós in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Set Fire's goalie prevented a goal. Planet Caravan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
