The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes CA Juventud Unida got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Jerrald. CA Juventud Unida's Marcelo Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Toledo in the 6th minute of play. Renan Sena's late challenge caught a CA Juventud Unida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renan Sena helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th match minute, Samurai Champions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Sena to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of CA Juventud Unida booed when Samurai Champions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davi Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Hipolito Chus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai Champions FC's Alexsandro Netto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Marcelo Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Toledo. Inocencio Jerrald kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 27 played minutes CA Juventud Unida got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Bras. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Toledo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Polo saved CA Juventud Unida from getting behind. Renan Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Marcelo Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renan Sena got free with Marcelo Polo in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Alex Toledo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcelo Polo to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hipolito Chus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th match minute, CA Juventud Unida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Baleren to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the CA Juventud Unida defense, Alex Toledo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Polo. The CA Juventud Unida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Polo should have stopped the shot. Daniel Fresco hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Marcelo Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Toledo in the 74th minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Samurai Champions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 75thth minute of the game Hipolito Chus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai Champions FC's Alexsandro Netto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Toledo in the 78th minute of the match.
