Wladyslaw Henryk made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Danny Edelmann sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zula Cipinski during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes MKS Mazur Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Zula Cipinski. Freddy Hirsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Wladyslaw Henryk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes MKS Mazur Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Barciniak. In the 23rd minute Danny Edelmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Henryk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MKS Mazur Ełk's Tymoteusz Barciniak got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute Franciszek Damazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terry Kieffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, FC Lëtzebuerg's Danny Edelmann made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wladyslaw Henryk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Terry Kieffer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tymoteusz Barciniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's goal looked a bit too open when Tymoteusz Barciniak came free, but Terry Kieffer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Terry Kieffer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Cipinski in the 41st minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, FC Lëtzebuerg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sammy Schmitz to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tymoteusz Barciniak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zula Cipinski scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Terry Kieffer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Remigiusz Bronder managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Mazur Ełk's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigiusz Bronder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Terry Kieffer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Tymoteusz Barciniak made a precise shot to the right of Terry Kieffer. FC Lëtzebuerg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 70th match minute, MKS Mazur Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Kempski to maneuver through the defense. Wladyslaw Henryk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Chevalier in the 71st minute of play. In the 80th minute Tymoteusz Barciniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terry Kieffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldemar Jeziorkowski took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Terry Kieffer. Terry Kieffer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Wincek during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, MKS Mazur Ełk's Edward Wincek got a free kick in the 86th minute. Terry Kieffer was a little too slow when Waldemar Jeziorkowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 92nd match minute, FC Lëtzebuerg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Laputin to maneuver through the defense. FC Lëtzebuerg's Terry Kieffer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Jeziorkowski in the 94th minute of play. MKS Mazur Ełk's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
