The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vaggelis Giannakidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Cesar Quin made a huge save. With a little luck, Adrogue FC's Cesar Quin got control of the ball when Manolis Nikologiannis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustavo Estebano took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avraam Maggioros. Avraam Maggioros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Pagos FC's Dimitris Stoltidis got a free kick in the 12th minute. The supporters of Pagos FC booed when Adrogue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Presebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vaggelis Giannakidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cesar Quin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Adrogue FC's Arnaldo Tulio got a free kick in the 19th minute. Manolis Nikologiannis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Cesar Quin made a huge save. Dimitris Stoltidis kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Adrogue FC's zone, Manolis Nikologiannis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Quin came out of the goal and Manolis Nikologiannis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manolis Nikologianniss short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Cesar Quin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cesar Quin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manolis Nikologiannis in the 34th minute. Cesar Quin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Stoltidis went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cesar Quin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Stoltidis in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Dimitris Stoltidis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cesar Quin, 2-1. Cesar Quin made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Manolis Nikologiannis sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the match, Ladislao Gaspard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Avraam Maggioros. Pagos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Gaspard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Pagos FC's Charalambos Lelopoulos was substituted for Manolis Nikologiannis. A collision led to Pagos FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alketas Rogas hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Adrogue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Giannakidis came free, but Cesar Quin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Charalambos Lelopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Adrogue FC's Cesar Quin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filippos Alexiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Quin having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Adrogue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Giannakidis came free, but Cesar Quin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Charalambos Lelopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Cesar Quin. Adrogue FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Cesar Quin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Stoltidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pagos FC booed when Adrogue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pagos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
