The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when Imperio Cordobés FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Benvido didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Şteţ. Dan Năstase received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enzo Astigar came out and tried to block the shot, but Dan Năstase slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Enzo Astigar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ferdinand Chirculescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Imperio Cordobés FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Chirculescu came free, but Enzo Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Scorpions -MM-'s Dan Năstase made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enzo Astigar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enzo Astigar was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Ferdinand Chirculescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ferdinand Chirculescu really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Dan Năstase received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Enzo Astigar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Aquiles Esiquio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imperio Cordobés FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scorpions -MM- the free kick. Enzo Astigar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Năstase in the 47th minute.

Ferdinand Chirculescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. In the 90th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Nisporeanu to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Benvido came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iurie Cocoș could save by the left post. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
