Holger Nødholm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Darkwing Ducks's Holger Nødholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Ascencio in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Darkwing Ducks defense, Lázaro Ascencio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Holger Nødholm. The Darkwing Ducks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Holger Nødholm should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Almeyra F.C. booed when Darkwing Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Pugaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute of the match Arsenio Semeno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Holger Nødholm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jacinto Nuxila came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Darkwing Ducks's Sven Hofne. But to his dismay, Sven Hofne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Darkwing Ducks's Sven Hofne was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Darkwing Ducks getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Werner Jaaen hit a great ball. In the 31st minute of the match Arsenio Semeno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Holger Nødholm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sven Hofne did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-2 to the left of a surprised Jacinto Nuxila 38 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Hernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Darkwing Ducks's Holger Nødholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Gonzales in the 52nd minute of play. Ezequiel Louis hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Eckhardt Sindum, 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 61stth minute of the game Sven Hofne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Almeyra F.C.'s Jacinto Nuxila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Darkwing Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Hofne to maneuver through the defense. Holger Nødholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Ascencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven Hofne in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Nuxila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the game, Cornelius Heedal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Jacinto Nuxila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Sven Hofne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Nuxila was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Jacinto Nuxila came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Darkwing Ducks's Sven Hofne. But to his dismay, Sven Hofne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Holger Nødholm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomiro Gonzales went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-3 was the resulting score. Darkwing Ducks's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
