He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Floresta Club U18 reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurício Araújo during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maurício Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute Nils Biege shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Floresta Club U18's goal looked a bit too open when Hartmut Achterberg came free, but Hudson de Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. De Gulden Draak's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Luciano Valadares scored to the left of an out of position Peer Rocks, making the score, 1-0. Hudson de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Höfner in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Valadares in the 24th minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Peer Rocks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, João Leiva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Peer Rocks, 3-0. After 28 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Wörmann. João Leiva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Peer Rocks skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Peer Rocks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Valadares in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurício Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Hudson de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Höfner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Floresta Club U18 getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Zeca Souto hit a great ball. The supporters of Floresta Club U18 booed when De Gulden Draak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fjodor Mandel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Valadares came free, but Peer Rocks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peer Rocks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Cordeiro in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

De Gulden Draak's Peer Rocks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Leiva in the 68th minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Vaz to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils Biege got free with Hudson de Souza in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jardel da Silveira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Diogo Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Floresta Club U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diogo Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute Luciano Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peer Rocks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Agnaldo Vaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Floresta Club U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Gulden Draak the free kick. In the 95th minute, Agnaldo Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Jörn Bohm managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Floresta Club U18 fans cheered their team off the field, for while De Gulden Draak had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
