The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Beşir Kaymaz fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LİONS PEAK's protests and gave Beşir Kaymaz a yellow card for diving instead. Tuncay Eldem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio Tasso in the 11th minute of the match. Jefferson do Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Koralp Yıldırım's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Eugênio Tasso struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Tuncay Eldem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karaboudjan. 25 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Koralp Yıldırım came free, but Jefferson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LİONS PEAK's Tuncay Eldem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugênio Tasso in the 32nd minute of play. If Raí Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of LİONS PEAK booed when Karaboudjan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateus Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jefferson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Koralp Yıldırım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tuncay Eldem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugênio Tasso in the 43rd minute of play.

The wind increased when Baycan Şevket made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Karaboudjan's Eugênio Tasso got a free kick in the 55th minute. Conrado França's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tuncay Eldem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Bülent Tayguner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd match minute, LİONS PEAK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birkan Devlettin to maneuver through the defense. Aílton Simões hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Koralp Yıldırım in the 67th minute of play forced Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Jefferson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Karaboudjan's Elano Travassos got a free kick in the 75th minute. Jefferson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beşir Yazar in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Koralp Yıldırım came free, but Jefferson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Karaboudjan getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Raí Rodrigues hit a great ball. Karaboudjan's Jefferson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beşir Yazar in the 93rd minute of play. LİONS PEAK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Karaboudjan had controlled the match.
