In the 13th minute Viorel Doloman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Colomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iacob Spelbu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Basilio Colomes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 19th minute, Adrian Mironov made a precise shot to the right of Basilio Colomes. Golden Dragón F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Sergiu Codreanu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Basilio Colomes to make any attempt to save it. 32 minutes into the match, FC Izesti's Robert Popic sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Colomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ongile Olmo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Edgardo Loaisa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes, Petru Borcea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Izesti and the Golden Dragón F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xacintu Angosto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Golden Dragón F.C's Josu Mendibuey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Mironov in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Colomes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In a very dangerous position, a player in Golden Dragón F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Maxim Corbea was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. After 65 played minutes FC Izesti got a freekick which was hit by Maxim Corbea. In the 66th minute of the match Cerilo Valben shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristi Berbec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Adrian Mironov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Colomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Popic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 70 minutes into the game, Iacob Spelbu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Izesti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Dragón F.C the free kick. FC Izesti's Cristi Berbec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Izesti from getting a goal against them. The supporters of FC Izesti booed when Golden Dragón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ongile Olmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Golden Dragón F.C's zone, Adrian Mironov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Colomes came out of the goal and Adrian Mironov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when FC Izesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Spelbu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Loaisa in the 89th minute of play forced FC Izesti's goalkeeper Cristi Berbec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Edgardo Loaisa rounded FC Izesti's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-2. Basilio Colomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Mironov, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Izesti had won after a very even match.
