After 16 played minutes SinháCity FC got a freekick which was hit by Márcio de Sousa. Charalambos Blades struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Gustavo Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charalambos Blades in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, SinháCity FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Guerra to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adelino Vale made a kick off. SinháCity FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aison Mitsinikos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match.
