But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils Bergström couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Bas Huybreghts made a precise shot to the right of Per Landin. Lost Boys Sports Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Per Landin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Lissens's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Leo Lissens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Leo Lissens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lost Boys Sports Academy's Per Landin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Per Landin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Lissens in the 39th minute of the match. Thomas Stigsson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Hagström in the 59th minute of play forced North Hill United's goalkeeper Robbrecht Van Eijken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Nils Bergström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robbrecht Van Eijken. North Hill United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nils Bergström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Joel Rouvoet was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Lost Boys Sports Academy booed when North Hill United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Rouvoet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Hill United's goalkeeper Robbrecht Van Eijken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sven-Edvin Hagström struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Robbrecht Van Eijken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lost Boys Sports Academy. In the 89th match minute, Lost Boys Sports Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Vennerberg to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
