Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Fermin Ponc started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alfredo Pancho came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Espigão Steamrollers's Otávio Valadares. But to his dismay, Otávio Valadares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Adalberto Quadros hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Alfredo Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Hermes in the 15th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Patrick Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Patrick Hermes sped through San Lorenzo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfredo Pancho. In the 31st minute of the match, Fermin Ponc tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emílio Romero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 35th minute, Mateo Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Mateo Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Válbson Gaúcho hit a great ball. After the first half Espigão Steamrollers were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otávio Valadares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Patrick Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espigão Steamrollers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrick Hermes in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfredo Pancho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Mateo Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, Espigão Steamrollers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. If Fermin Ponc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emílio Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Guerau in the 65th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Vitório Mello could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Alfredo Pancho however easily saved by the left post. Marco Senio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Patrick Hermes's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Hermes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Hermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Válbson Gaúcho hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Mercurio. If Patrick Hermes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Espigão Steamrollers had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
