Dimitar Zanev's late challenge caught a Chancy Olympique's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dimitar Zanev helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes FC Builder Sofia got a freekick which was hit by Dimitar Zanev. Gerasim Denishev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Rusch, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Builder Sofia's Rostislav Atmadzhov got a free kick in the 18th minute. FC Builder Sofia's Detelin Borkov got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Velcho Kararizov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Chancy Olympique's Remo Steingher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Chancy Olympique from getting a goal against them. Detelin Borkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Steingher having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velcho Kararizov in the 42nd minute of play forced Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Remo Steingher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Remo Steingher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Velcho Kararizov went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Remo Steingher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Detelin Borkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Chancy Olympique's Henrik Da Silva got a free kick in the 58th minute. Remo Steingher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Detelin Borkov in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, FC Builder Sofia's Velcho Kararizov made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remo Steingher was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Builder Sofia's Veselin Menkov was substituted for Stanyo Yachovski. When Bozhin Batkov fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Builder Sofia's protests and gave Bozhin Batkov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Bozhin Batkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Velcho Kararizov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Remo Steingher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Henrik Da Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th match minute, FC Builder Sofia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitar Zanev to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when FC Builder Sofia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velcho Kararizov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyudmil Kiselichki charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some careless play in the Chancy Olympique defense, Galin Spiridonov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remo Steingher. The Chancy Olympique fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remo Steingher should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Penev during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes FC Builder Sofia got a freekick which was hit by Albert Penev. In the 94th match minute, FC Builder Sofia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitar Zanev to maneuver through the defense. Chancy Olympique's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
