Alejo Heli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bayhan Kutay having to make a save. After 41 minutes, Moises Socorro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Plebeyos and the Samsunspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew the final whistle, Samsunspor could leave the field as winners, despite Plebeyos having more of the ball for most of the match.
