Sverker Klack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Rodrigues having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, BELAJ BOYS's Magnus Lindqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lúcio Rodrigues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. BELAJ BOYS's Maximilian Östman got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sverker Klacks short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Lúcio Rodrigues to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SAS's Lúcio Rodrigues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save SAS from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute Dadá Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Sundling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germano Bertassi's late challenge caught a BELAJ BOYS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Germano Bertassi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SAS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Germano Bertassi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alen King got free with Lúcio Rodrigues in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Lennart Bock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lúcio Rodrigues. SAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lennart Bock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 38 minutes SAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alen King who took care of the corner kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

BELAJ BOYS made a substitution. Allan Wållander replaced Alen King. In the 54th minute Allan Wållander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lúcio Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sverker Klack in the 55th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes, SAS's Juninho Moreira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Algot Sundling came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SAS reached it. Lúcio Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sverker Klack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Allan Wållander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Lúcio Rodrigues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Wållander came free, but Lúcio Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Sverker Klack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Sverker Klack left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BELAJ BOYS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 71st minute, Nils-Emil Wennerlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Josefsson in the 83rd minute of play forced SAS's goalkeeper Lúcio Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Sverker Klack ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lúcio Rodrigues was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. There was no doubt that BELAJ BOYS were the better team. BELAJ BOYS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
