Benjamin Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when River tu grato nombre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stacey Eason didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stacey Eason hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Benjamin Firmo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jayson Burnett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeff Randall's late challenge caught a ZORZAL01's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeff Randall helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to River tu grato nombre getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jeff Randall hit a great ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Edgardo Nardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZORZAL01's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Nardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benjamin Firmo scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jayson Burnett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jayson Burnett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Gotzon in the 29th minute of play. After 29 played minutes River tu grato nombre got a freekick which was hit by Jeff Randall. Gaudencio Richie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvis Waller in the 32nd minute of play. River tu grato nombre's Jayson Burnett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Nardo in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Firmo in the 44th minute of play forced River tu grato nombre's goalkeeper Jayson Burnett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Paolo Gotzon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jayson Burnett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvis Waller made a kick off. ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ZORZAL01's Everardo Calvino was substituted for Gregorio Cortez. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of River tu grato nombre:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ZORZAL01:s goal. Everardo Calvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jayson Burnett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Gotzon came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. River tu grato nombre's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Abelardo Vimaro scored to the left of an out of position Jayson Burnett, making the score, 0-5. Ace Gray hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Timoteo Dolcet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Nardo came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Nardo in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jayson Burnett saved River tu grato nombre from getting behind. Jayson Burnett was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Everardo Calvino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Everardo Calvino really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Jayson Burnett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Gotzon in the 94th minute. Everardo Calvino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jayson Burnett having to make a save. In the 97th minute Paolo Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jayson Burnett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The River tu grato nombre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ZORZAL01 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
