Magnus Björkqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Grigoris Smernos having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Magnus Björkqvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Grigoris Smernos. Grigoris Smernos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rickard Wiklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktoras Lazarou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börge Backman charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Börge Backman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Börge Backman hit a great ball. Magnus Björkqvist's late challenge caught a ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magnus Björkqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Magnus Björkqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 minutes of play, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Viktoras Lazarou made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rickard Wiklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Walter Jönsson hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Onsala Ass Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Merganiotis came free, but Rickard Wiklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktoras Lazarou in the 53rd minute of play forced Onsala Ass Kickers's goalkeeper Rickard Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grigoris Smernos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Björkqvist in the 64th minute of the match. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Walter Jönsson hit a great ball. With a little luck, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Grigoris Smernos got control of the ball when Walter Jönsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walter Jönsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Grigoris Smernos firmly grabbed it by the left post. Onsala Ass Kickers's Walter Jönsson got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikael Alebäck hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Viktoras Lazarou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stamatis Kouromichelakis made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Anastasios Karagiozis however managed to control.
